Question: I thought candidates could see expired jobs, but I don't remember how they can do this?
Answer: Candidate can view expired jobs using the show filter. If the expired jobs option is not available in the show options then the setting isn't enabled for your school.
You can enable/disable this setting here:
Configuration Tab > Settings > Job Board Program > Job Board Tab > Job Searching - Show Expired Postings
