I need to edit a message but I cannot find it

Question: I need to update a certain message but I cannot find it in the messages list.

Answer: There is a filtering functionality that allows you to search for messages on the areas mentioned below. In order to include the filter in the search you would need to do the following:

• Select from the listed message types (Screen, System Email, Saved Emails and Dashboard)
  • For email messages, select from the listed audience types (Candidate, Employer, and Admin)
• Enter the text you want to search for in the text box
• Click double arrow icon
• Select the type of area you would like to search on
• Click the filter icon to execute the search
