Can recruiters see what emails they’ve sent to candidates?

Question: Is there a place in the system where recruiters can see the emails they’ve sent to candidates?

Answer: Unfortunately, we don’t have an email log recruiters can use to see the emails they’ve sent to candidates. We would advise all recruiter to cc themselves when sending emails to candidates.

If for any reason an issue emerges where a recruiter needs a log of the emails they’ve sent to candidates; we can look in our database for emails sent by the recruiter.
