Candidate attempts to log in using SSO, yet they do not have a Default Profile assigned. (Exact cause will be documented in the email received.)

The Gradleaders Standard Email template is Populated

Admins may edit the email on the Job Program

The following is a list of defined replaceable parameters that may be used in the SSO - No Default Profile template:

AdditionalInfo - {additionalinfo}

EmailAddress - {emailaddress}

ErrorDate - {errordate}

ErrorDescription - {errordescription}

ErrorType - {errortype}

LoginURL - {loginurl}

SecurityRole - {securityrole}

UserName - {username}

This email is controlled by the following program settings (if applicable):

GradLeaders Control: Schools > Settings > Integration > Single Sign-On Error Sender Email

GradLeaders Control: Schools > Settings > Integration >  Single Sign-On Error Recipient Email.

(If either of these email addresses are blank, no email will be sent.)

This notification is to inform you that a user of GradLeaders Career Center encountered an error while attempting to  authenticate using Single Sign-On.  The Error Description listed below  is the message that was displayed to the user when this problem was  encountered.  Action may need to be taken on your part before the user  will be able to successfully authenticate with GradLeaders Career Center.  Please review the  information below for the specific error type:

This user encountered a No Default Profile error.  This user  is setup in GradLeaders Career Center with a profile, but is missing a profile marked as their  default.  This is a rare error that occurs when a candidate's profile  is not setup correctly.  This can be corrected by logging into the Admin  interface, navigating to this candidate and specifying which profile is  the default.
