Combine visits not working

Problem: I'm trying to combine two visits for a company, but when I go to search for visits listed for that company - I get no results.

Resolution: The Combine Visit utility will only allow you to combine visits when the following is true:

  • Invites have not been finalized
  • Schedule has not been run
  • No students are placed on the schedule
