Default programs when creating an advising appointment

Question: When I go to create an advising appointment, mock interview and workshops, there are programs field always defaults answers, why is that?

Answer:  If you create an advising appointment, mock interview or workshop and the system defaults in program selections then your admin account is tied to an advisor account.

You can find the advisor account and update the program selections by navigating to the Staff Setup module, usually found under the Configuration tab.
